IESCO is actively looking for hiring the services of an experienced, dynamic, high caliber and result oriented professional to work as Direction (Legal/Contract) in Market Implementation & Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD) as part of its senior executive team, who can undertake the challenging assignment effectively. The candidate is expected to have demonstrated capability/potential for his respective responsibilities and proactive management style:

Bachelors degree in Law. Master in Law or Barrister in Law will have additional advantage,
Minimum 10-years of total experience. Experience in the power Qualification & sector will be given preference.
Experience: The candidate having understanding of legal and regulatory
affairs associated with the power sector including laws, rules, regulations etc., and the contractual framework for power
energy sales and purchases will be preferred. Knowledge of competitive electricity markets will be an added advantage.
Age Limit Up to 50 years
N f The employment shall be on contract for an initial period of Three
(03) years, extend able on satisfactory performance and need
Employment basis.
Pay and Allowance The Position is offered on a market based competitive package.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Applicants will apply online along with following related documents within
15 days positively from the publication of advertisement:
i. Copy of detailed CV with updated career history in Chorological order with ;tatting arid ending date (DD.MM.YYYY) and with mentioning of all ualif1cations acquired.
Copy of CNIC.
Copy of Certifications(lf any).
L Copies of Degrees! Testimonials duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Detailed separate list of experiences in chorological order with starting and mading date (DD.MM.YYYY) along with experience letter! certificate etc.
No application will be accepted by hand.
Dismissed employees of any organization or having criminal record are not ?legible for employment in IESCO.
General age relaxation has already been included in the age mentioned and no further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit.
