MCB seeks qualified, motivated Branch Managers with a hard-working attitude.
Branch manager brief job description:
To maximize sales and meet the branch’s multi-dimensional growth targets (deposits, advances, and profit) by strengthening relationships and finding new business opportunities, while providing quality service and efficient operational controls to minimize risks by adhering to KYC/AML, SBP, and Internal Policies, Processes, and Credit Manual / Circulars.
Formulation and execution of sales programs to strengthen relationships and find new prospects to meet the branch’s multi-dimensional targets (deposits, advances, profit).
Motivate and train all front-end personnel to improve technical and core skills. Lead them to maximize sales using the sales plan.
Evaluation, recommendation, and approval of credit proposals and asset-related matters.
Complete Service Management Program adherence through complaint resolution through contiguous evaluation & improvement of processes, methods, & resources to meet service standards for customer retention.
Ensure the branch meets all financial targets, reduces costs, and maximizes income through “good selling” and revenue leakage.
Minimum Experience:
5-year branch banking experience.
Working as BM.
