PEEF Scholarship 2023 is now accepting online applications for the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) special quota scholarship for intermediate and graduation students. PEEF is a programme established by the government of Pakistan’s Punjab province to provide educational scholarships to talented and deserving students from low-income families. PEEF’s mission is to increase access to higher education, particularly for students from low-income families, and to promote merit-based opportunities in the province.
PEEF provides scholarships for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies in a wide range of disciplines, including science, engineering, technology, arts, and humanities. The programme is funded by the Punjab government and overseen by a board of governors. If you graduated from matric or intermediate school in the year 2022 (Annual) and fall into a special quota category, you can apply for a Special Quota Education Scholarship from the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF).
Who are Eligible for Special Quota PEEF Scholarship 2023?
Students who are orphaned because their fathers have died Special (handicapped) students
Children of Government Employees in Grades 4–1 (One to Four)
Children of victims of terrorist attacks
Students who practise a minority religion
Other Eligibility Requirements
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education held the 2022 (annual) examination for matric/intermediate students who received at least (60%) marks.
Only students from Federal Government / Private Registered Institutions in Punjab Province are eligible to apply.
In Intermediate or Graduation 2022, enrolled in a full-time (regular) registered educational institution.
Parents’ total monthly income is Rs.35,000 or less.
Children of government employees in grades 1 to 4 (one to four) are exempt from the Rs 35,000 per month income requirement (if the source of income is salary only).
The income requirement is waived for children of civilians killed in terrorist attacks.

Students who are eligible can apply online at https://student.peef.org.pk/specialquotaRegistration.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, the application will be rejected, and the applicant will not be authorised to take any action.
The deadline to apply for this scholarship online is April 19, 2023.
Special Note
Students who have passed the (PBTE / TEVTA) examination are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Students from other provinces, such as ICT and AJK, are also ineligible to apply.
Discounted/Amproved/Repeat students are not eligible to apply.
