How to Apply for Jobs in Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU)?

To apply for any of the positions mentioned above, please follow the instructions provided below:

All applicants are required to submit one copy of a complete application/dossier on the prescribed proforma available at the official QAU website (www.qau.edu.pk). The application should include all relevant documents, attested degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, and domicile, bound together.
Applicants applying for teaching positions must also submit a soft copy of the application/dossier in PDF format (CD/DVD).
The applications should reach the Office of the Assistant Registrar (Establishment) at QAU, Islamabad within 60 days for teaching positions and 30 days for non-teaching positions.
The University reserves the right to fill positions on BPS (Basic Pay Scale) or TTS (Tenure Track System). Any policy decisions made by the Syndicate regarding this advertisement will be applicable.
- For BPS 17 and above positions, applicants must submit their application dossiers along with a Bank Draft (from any bank) or a Paid Challan (only from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University branch) of Rs.2,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University.
- Applicants from abroad must submit their application dossiers along with a Bank Draft of US $100/- (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University.
Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channels within the specified due date. They should include service certificates issued by their present and former employer(s), duly attested. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the non-consideration of their applications. However, the University may entertain advance copies if clearly mentioned.
The upper age limit for non-teaching positions will be followed as per the rules of the Federal Government.
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Once selected, the candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University Service Statutes and rules/regulations that may be amended from time to time.
