How to Apply for Jobs in Quaid E Azam University QAU?

To apply for any of the positions mentioned above, please follow the application process outlined below:

Applicants for all positions are required to submit one copy of a complete application/dossier on the prescribed proforma, which is available at the official website of Quaid E Azam University (www.qau.edu.pk). The application should include all relevant documents, such as attested degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, and domicile, all compiled in a bound form.
For teaching positions, applicants must also submit a soft copy of the application/dossier in PDF format (CD/DVD). The completed applications should reach the office of the Assistant Registrar (Establishment) at QAU, Islamabad, within 60 days from the date of advertisement for teaching positions and 30 days for non-teaching positions.
The University reserves the right to fill positions on BPS (Basic Pay Scale) or TTS (Tenure Track System). Any new policy decision by the Syndicate regarding this matter will be applicable to this advertisement.
- Applicants for positions BPS 17 and above must submit the application dossier along with a Bank Draft (from any bank) or a Paid Challan (only from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University branch) for Rs. 2,000/- (Non-refundable) made payable to Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University.
- Applicants from abroad should submit the application dossier along with a Bank Draft of US $ 100/- (Non-refundable) made payable to Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University.
Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channels within the due date and include duly attested service certificates issued by their present and former employers. Failure to do so will result in the non-entertainment of their applications. However, the University may accept advance copies if clearly mentioned.
The upper age limit for non-teaching positions will follow the rules set by the Federal Government.
Applications that are incomplete in any aspect or received after the due date will not be entertained.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.
Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. If selected, they will be governed by Quaid-i-Azam University Service Statutes and rules/regulations amended from time to time.
All applications are considered confidential and will be securely disposed of after the appointments are made.
