10. If you are currently employed in a Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization/institution, apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your application.
11. Candidates applying for Lecturer, Administrative, and Support Staff positions (Sr. No. 2 to 5) must undergo a mandatory screening test. Please note that no TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

14. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel any of them.
15. For Support Staff positions from Sr. No. 6 to Sr. No. 12, candidates must be residing within the territorial jurisdiction of University of Shangla (District Shangla). For positions from Sr. No. 1 to Sr. No. 5, candidates from the Malakand Division are eligible to apply, as per the provisions of Section-4 read with Section-11(5)f of the KP Universities Act, 2012 (amended up to date).
16. In the semester system, CGPA below 3.00 or Grade-C will be considered as the second division. In case CGPA is not provided, less than 70% marks will be considered as the second division.
17. Candidates with foreign degrees/certificates must provide an equivalency certificate from HEC/PEC/IBCC Islamabad.
